John Faraday, a British national, brings decades of experience in governance, compliance and fiduciary oversight to his role as Director of SunGold Escrow Funds (trading as SunGold Escrow Nominees Ltd, Company No. 03173210).
His directorship with SunGold Escrow Nominees Ltd began on 3 June 2025, when he assumed responsibility for strategic direction, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the company maintains high standards of integrity in its escrow and consulting services.
Previously, John has held leadership and administrative roles in several other companies, including John Faraday & Associates Ltd, reflecting a long-standing involvement in advisory, governance, and corporate control.
John is known for his methodical approach: before taking on any new venture, he ensures clear policies are in place, processes are documented, and accountability is embedded at every level. At SunGold Escrow Funds, this translates into rigorous due diligence, transparency with clients, and a commitment to safeguarding both tangible and intangible assets through every escrow engagement.
